Trustees and Management of the Harley Trust

There are currently seven trustees.

Three trustees are appointed by, respectively, the Bishop of Leicester, Leicestershire County Council and Osgathorpe Parish Council.

There are six co-opted trustees who have between them a wide range of experience in differing fields.

The Harley Trust has two regular meetings each year in April and September but can, if necessary, meet more frequently.

Much Harley Trust business is carried out by e-mail consultation between meetings.

The administration of the Harley Trust is carried out by Charity Link.
